Kimere is young, flexible and distributed across multiple countries. We are a network of independent professionals, not an office with a reception desk. We built it this way on purpose, because the students and universities we support are not in a single place either. We started in June 2026 by betting on young talent, and we prefer to show you how we work right away rather than bore you with our history.
Our unfair advantage
The person answering your call comes from where you come from
Bureaucracy is only half of what makes moving abroad frightening. The other half is having to explain yourself in a language you are still learning, to someone who has never lived your exact experience. We do the most obvious thing that almost nobody does. If our team covers your country, a fellow citizen will answer your call. A Brazilian consultant for a university in Brazil, applying the same logic everywhere we reach.

Prepares the documents for your visa, residence permit and Questura appointment. They handle the procedures with the strictest deadlines that leave no room for error.

Languages, translation and legalisation
Teaches our online courses and personally handles the translation of your academic documents. Entrusting both tasks to the same person eliminates any downtime.

Our language teachers are a permanent part of the team, not just external suppliers. They teach the courses and directly translate your academic documents. This setup allows us to start a procedure the exact same day you ask for it, avoiding endless waiting times.

Translation, on our side of the table
We internally translate certificates and diplomas. Being already at work on your file, we know exactly what the receiving office wants to see and in what format they demand it.

The legalization process, followed through
We handle the Apostille or consular legalization based on the country that issued your qualification. We prepare and monitor the process with you, without brushing you off with a useless list of instructions.

Courses built around a student's week
We offer online lessons taught by native professionals with schedules specifically designed for students, not based on office hours. You start before you leave and continue without interruption once you arrive.
What we cannot guarantee you (and nobody else can either)
No agency can erase legal requirements. The comparability statement for a foreign qualification is the exclusive responsibility of CIMEA or the university. Beware of anyone promising easy shortcuts, they are only selling you illusions. Our job is to compile a flawless file, translate the documents internally and follow it through so that bureaucracy never becomes an insurmountable obstacle.

We empower you to make the important decisions that affect you directly. We build the plan step by step with you, never at your expense.
What we don't do
- We do not issue visas or residence permits and we do not guarantee outcomes. Those decisions belong exclusively to the consulate and the Questura.
- We are not affiliated with nor do we act on behalf of any university or public body, whether in Italy or anywhere else in the world.
- We are not a real estate agency. We limit ourselves to viewing, verifying and registering real housing, but we do not collect deposits on behalf of third parties.
- We do not replace the advice of a lawyer or an accountant. When a legal specialist is needed, we tell you transparently.
- We began operating in June 2026 and our legal structure is being formalized. We will share all company documentation during the advanced stages instead of listing it here.
